New Home Builds
Built From the Ground Up
New home builds, also known as new construction homes, are homes that are freshly built, and the purchaser is the first to live inside. The most common method of obtaining a new construction home is purchasing your own plot of land and working with a builder to construct a house. Tackling the tall feat of building your own home can be daunting for many. The process is long, and it is far from cheap. However, there are significant benefits to living in a newly built home—especially being built by E & L Star Construction Inc.
Benefits of Building Your Own Home
The greatest benefit of living in a home you built is you’re the first to live in it. Living in a freshly built home has a different atmosphere than what other homes have. They act as a great foundation to start fresh with a significant other. Start a family in a new home and be the first to fill it with memorable events. Not only is the feeling of a new home great, but the amount of maintenance is really low. Since everything is as new as it can be, you’ll spend less time maintaining the property, which keeps costs down and your comfort high. With low maintenance comes greater energy efficiency. Your appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems work at optimal levels allowing you to make the most out of your new home.

With all of the manufacturers we work with, you can expect different warranties for different materials. Your roof, flooring, countertops, appliances, and more will have warranties from the manufacturer. These are all valid when our team installs them for your new home.

Yes! We manage all of your landscaping needs based on the design of the home. Not all homes have extensive landscaping features, so it varies with each client.
When do I start making payment on the new home build?
You will start making your payments in the first month of closing on the construction loan. Loans are available through a third party of your choosing or one of our financial partners.
Do I have to handle the permits and inspections?
No. E & L Star Construction Inc. handles all the necessary permit paperwork and schedules the inspections when necessary. There are multiple inspections throughout the process, so that will be a job for our team to manage.
